We are only a month and a half away from the festival registration deadline and the overwhelming response we have received fills us with great joy and deeply inspires us to continue to grow both as a festival and as an association.
The impressive number of interested parties has strengthened our vision and given us the certainty that we are on the right path - not only in the musical field, but also in the values and messages that our guiding principles want to convey.
This year, as we commemorate the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Europe from Nazism, we have managed to reach many hearts. We have aroused interest worldwide and want to raise awareness of the importance of remaining free from oppression and dictatorships.
We sincerely hope that this modest contribution can help ignite a fire in those who yearn for freedom, and remind us all that every gesture, every note, every action can be a seed for a fairer and freer future.

Only a month has passed since the start of the International Choir Festival LiberArte, and we have already received so much feedback and so many interested singers that it touches us deeply.
The challenge of this festival is to present a work that no one has sung before. It is always a demanding task to invite people to sing something unknown. But our enthusiasm and our confidence in the quality of the choral compositions that we present as the main works of our festival have been rewarded by the interest of so many choristers. With joy and enthusiasm they write to us to get information, to register and to become part of this wonderful musical meeting.
We feel very lucky and grateful to once again receive the support of so many people who make this festival possible.
Together with the tireless Maestro Pablo Quinteros, who, together with me, strives for excellence in everything we organize, we continue this work with passion.

After several years in which we launched our first choir festival with the Argentinian composer Martín Palmeri under the name “Misatango Germany” in Siegburg and Cologne – where we brought together more than 180 participants from different choirs around the world – we are very happy to announce that another edition of our International Choir Festival LiberArte will take place in 2025.
This time the festival has a special motto:
80 Years of the Liberation of Europe from National Socialism
It will take place in two cities that are very important to us: We will begin in the impressive auditorium of the University of Bonn and conclude in the renowned Teatro Avenida in the lively metropolis of Buenos Aires.
This double event will further strengthen the ties between the two continents that we began to forge in 2019.
For this special commemoration we have selected three exceptional choral works: the “Song of Destiny” by Johannes Brahms, “The Aeneid” by the Argentine composer José Luis Larzabal and, as a festive finale in Buenos Aires, the “Misa a Buenos Aires” (Misatango) by Martín Palmeri.
We cordially invite you to participate in this new edition of the festival and very much hope that you will be there.
We would be delighted to welcome you to the 3rd edition of the International Choir Festival LiberArte.

Two Argentine women, one common mission
16/6/2024

Both were born and raised in the land of tango, good meat and mate tea. Both dedicated themselves to music. Lupe Larzabal studied classical singing and choir conducting. Florencia Araujo is a violinist and plays both classical and baroque violin.
A few years ago they decided to change their lives and, without knowing about each other, moved to Germany. Florencia settled in Frankfurt and Lupe in Bonn. With the courage, energy and passion that characterizes them, they decided to build bridges to Hispano-American culture in the old continent.
The spread of their roots, of mestizaje, of complex rhythms and of soft, flowing language was the common cause of the two A Argentinian women, which led to each of them founding cultural associations in their new European hometown.
Florencia founded the Latin Orchestra of Europe and, in addition to her work as conductor of this new orchestra, is also a teacher at Dr. Hoch's Conservatory in Frankfurt and works as an orchestral musician and in chamber music ensembles. With her association, she does valuable educational work in the field of instrumental music.
Lupe founded the German-Hispanic-American society LiberArte and not only performs as a classical singer, but also founded and leads a German-Hispanic-American choir with which she has already undertaken several tours in Europe.
The connection between the two Argentinians was formed a year ago when a mutual friend put them in touch. The projects are numerous, but the mission is one: to spread Hispanic-American culture through music in all its forms.
Together they create a cultural bridge between continents and enrich the European music scene with the passion and diversity of Hispanic American music. length.
